Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Horrocks is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies that establish and reinforce the company's position as a trusted leader in infrastructure planning and design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to promote Horrocks' services and expertise.
  • Liaise with business development, technical staff leadership, and marketing teams to understand audience needs and develop targeted marketing materials.
  • Manage and guide communications staff to ensure high-quality, appropriately targeted, and delivered marketing content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread marketing content, including brochures, presentations, articles, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate and direct the efforts of professional and support personnel to develop marketing materials, coordinate with graphic designers, and oversee production and delivery.
  • Gather and organize detailed information to populate and maintain company data systems.
  • Prepare submissions for project awards and coordinate project photography.
  • Create print and electronic/interactive marketing materials, including brochures, PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, tradeshow materials, and award submittals.
  • Participate in business and community activities that promote Horrocks' services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or equivalent, or a minimum of five years of marketing experience.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events in the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) field.
  • Intermediate to expert skills in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
