We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and critical infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities- Provide training and support to operations staff to expand their capabilities
- Direct the performance of contracted maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Manage the budget for operation and maintenance, and recommend facility repairs
- Implement programs to reduce energy and water consumption and track performance
- College degree in a related engineering field or technical trade school
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision
- Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation
- CMMS and Building Automation System experience
- CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including report writing ability
- Computer proficiency with Google suite and other Google products
