Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and critical infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training and support to operations staff to expand their capabilities
  • Direct the performance of contracted maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Manage the budget for operation and maintenance, and recommend facility repairs
  • Implement programs to reduce energy and water consumption and track performance
Requirements
  • College degree in a related engineering field or technical trade school
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision
  • Exposure to HVAC, fluid handling/pumping, mechanical systems, welding, and electrical systems engineering and operation
  • CMMS and Building Automation System experience
Certifications and Licenses
  • CHFM Certified Healthcare Facility Manager, CPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM preferred but not required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including report writing ability
  • Computer proficiency with Google suite and other Google products
Compensation
