We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre-Op/PACU Supervisor to join our team at United Pacific Surgery Center in Tarzana, CA. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Pre-Operative and PACU departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of Pre-Op and PACU staff to ensure seamless patient care and efficient departmental operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current CA Nursing License
- Current CPR, ACLS
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Minimum 2 year experience in a hospital setting
- Previous experience working in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
