Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at NHC HealthCare Laurens. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care for our patients.
- Maintain open and ongoing communication with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist with medication administration and treatments as needed, and perform other patient care duties as assigned.
