About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in an institutional setting. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of South Carolina.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an institutional setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing.
