Floor Care Specialist

The Floor Care Specialist is responsible for executing assigned tasks related to the cleaning and maintenance of various floor surfaces. This includes activities such as stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with every other weekend, from 3 PM to 11:30 PM.

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must fulfill all requirements for working in specific environments, including a ten-year work history if available.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- 1 year of related work experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned floor maintenance tasks, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, refinishing, sealing, and spot cleaning.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Willingness to undertake additional duties as assigned.
- Ensure proper maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities.
- Adhere to safety protocols in all work areas.
- Provide assistance during emergencies as required.
- May be expected to perform basic repairs.
- Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
