Administrative Support Assistant for PSC Clinicians

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Assistant to join our team at Antioch University's Psychology Services Center (PSC).

This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the daily operations of our center while contributing to the growth and success of our clinicians and clients.

About the Position:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $12.00 per hour, based on a 4-hour workweek.
  • You will work closely with our clinicians and administrative director to provide direct administrative support, including orientation, problem-solving, collaborating, and implementing processes.
  • Your primary responsibility will be conducting weekly audits of client files and following up with clinicians to ensure accurate documentation and address any issues that arise.
  • In addition to your administrative tasks, you will also provide general support to our team members, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About You:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have current or previous experience as a PSC clinician.
  • You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with PSC-specific forms and procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with our clinicians, administrators, and clients.
