Job Overview

This administrative and accounting assistant role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.

Compensation Package

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Assist with financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of recent experience in accounting, administrative, or related field.
