Role Summary
The Culinary Service Associate is responsible for various tasks including cashiering and general food service duties. This role ensures that sanitation standards are upheld in all food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring as required.
  • Transport food items and supplies safely between workstations, storage areas, and service areas.
  • Store food items properly following safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Utilize approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  • Provide excellent customer service by interacting with patrons in a friendly manner.
  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage cash and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness in service areas.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
