As a Service Lane Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our service department.

Your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome each customer, utilizing your customer-focused demeanor to assess their vehicle maintenance needs while instilling confidence that their requirements will be addressed effectively.

You will serve as the vital link between our clients and the Service Technicians, ensuring that customers are kept informed about repair timelines, cost estimates, and vehicle readiness for collection.

On a typical day, your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting additional services through respectful and integrity-driven methods
• Providing precise maintenance and repair estimates
• Complying with vehicle care and operational policies
• Following up on repairs, keeping customers updated on progress, and notifying them when their vehicles are ready for collection
• Reviewing and clarifying repairs and associated costs with customers
• Addressing minor customer concerns and complaints while keeping the Service Manager informed of any potential issues
• Maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in line with dealership standards
