Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled IT Hardware Repair Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing complex hardware issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.

You will work independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues, utilizing your expertise in computer hardware repairs and maintenance. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in IT Helpdesk support
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred (A+ certification not required but recommended)
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware for major OEMs: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Intel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage conflicting time constraints
  • Current California Driver's License and clean driving record
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds safely on a daily basis. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with varying levels of noise and distractions.
