- Oversee and manage the monthly consolidation activities for various international subsidiaries.
- Supervise intercompany transactions and reconciliations, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements along with relevant supporting documents.
- Collaborate with global accounting teams to guarantee timely and precise financial reporting.
- Assist in the development of financial analyses and reports for management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate external audits and ensure compliance with internal control measures.
- Drive continuous enhancements in consolidation and intercompany accounting practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory requirements affecting consolidations and intercompany accounting.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in public accounting.
- Comprehensive understanding of GAAP and consolidation processes.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
