We are seeking a skilled Commodities Analyst/Researcher to support our semi-systematic traders in the Crude Oil, Refined Products, or Agriculture market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis on Crude Oil, Refined Products, or Ags market trends and patterns
  • Collaborate with traders to develop and research trading signals and strategies
  • Work closely with the trading team to monitor and maintain portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and risk management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using Python in a trade analysis/research setting, with expertise in modeling, signal generation, and forecasting
  • 4-6 years of experience working with Crude Oil, Refined Products, or Ags at a hedge fund or trading firm
  • Masters degree in a quantitative field, such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics
