Position Overview:

As a Sales Support Associate at The UPS Store, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role. Availability to work weekends is essential. Candidates must be able to lift 40+ pounds and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is crucial, along with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and POS systems, is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.


Hourly compensation ranges from $17.00 to $18.00, depending on experience and skills.
