Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing outstanding sales service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, build trust relationships, and process sales transactions
  • Maintain accuracy in work order files, stock shelves, and set up displays
  • Tint and mix products, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries
  • Maintain knowledge of products, suggest ways to improve sales, and comply with inventory control procedures

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Able to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • Previous experience selling paint and operating tinting and mixing equipment
