Job DescriptionThis Home Health Aide position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will work closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to provide exceptional care and support.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences
- Managing medications and other health-related tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in Home Health Aide or related field preferred
- One year of experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
We offer a competitive salary range of $22.25 - $23.75 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan.
