Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Residential Support Professional, you will provide critical support services to clients in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized Service Plans to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Meet all requirements set out in 7 AAC 125.010 – 7 AAC 125.199
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Hold First Aid certification and attend Mandt training

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working indoors in a home setting and/or in a community setting. The schedule is Wednesday-Saturday, 8am-8pm.

Compensation:

  • Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off
