About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team at Hearts and Hands of Care. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing ongoing services to clients with varying needs in their community or home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to service recipients
  • Develop and implement individualized Service Plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
  • Promote a strengths-based perspective and empower individuals to achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Meet all requirements set out in 7 AAC 125.010 – 7 AAC 125.199
  • Pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Hold First Aid certification and attend Mandt training

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working indoors in a home setting and/or in a community setting. The schedule is Wednesday-Saturday, 8am-8pm.

Compensation:

  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off
