About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager with Estimating expertise to join our Electrical Construction team. This critical role is pivotal to our construction operations, overseeing estimating and project management, ensuring accurate cost estimates for electrical installations and managing multiple projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee large-scale electrical projects for the construction division, including hospitals, schools, and colleges.
  • Perform project management and estimating tasks.
  • Manage a team of 5-15 employees performing electrical construction.
  • Frequent interaction with customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments.
  • Manage projects ranging from $500,000 to $5 million efficiently, ensuring completion within budget and on time.
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in estimating and project management within the electrical industry.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical systems and New York codes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency using estimating software.
What We Offer
