Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing clinical programs, making recommendations, and acting as a resource for nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
  • Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
  • May supervise and direct nursing staff.
  • Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
  • Education:
    • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
  • Additional Preferences:
    • Cardiology experience preferred.
