Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Clinical Programs Coordinator to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest. This is a unique opportunity to develop and oversee clinical programs, making recommendations and acting as a resource for all nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
  • Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated. Ensure necessary resources and/or equipment is obtained as ordered.
  • May supervise and direct nursing staff.
  • Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
