Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Coordinator

About the Role
St. David's Medical Center is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Endoscopy department, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the planning and implementation of endoscopy procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the planning and implementation of endoscopy procedures
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide education and training to staff on endoscopy procedures and best practices
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Registered Nurse license by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- 2 years of experience in Endoscopy nursing
- Supervisory or Charge RN experience preferred
