Job Summary

The Cultivation Technician will be responsible for assisting in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including tasks such as watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. This role will report to the Cultivation Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, and trimming, as well as inspecting the plants for any signs of growing issues or problems.
  • Fertilize and provide nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols.
  • Monitor the plants for any signs of disease or infestation and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and clear documentation of plant information in accordance with state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
  • Follow directions provided by the Cultivation Department and demonstrate a willingness to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of plant housing devices and plant tables.
  • Report any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • Well-organized and able to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve company goals.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and requirements, with a focus on maintaining facility compliance.
  • Ability to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to internalize training and follow instructions.
  • Effective communication skills.
