Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery team, you'll be responsible for leading customer account development and satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer account strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Set and monitor goals for customer account gross margin delivery and profitability
  • Lead the execution of assigned service business, including warranty-related customer issues
  • Procure and maintain fleet and tools inventory
  • Ensure consistency of delivery systems through supervision and audits
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, and staffing levels
Requirements
  • Technical school training or equivalent experience in the HVAC or building controls industry
  • Three or more years of management experience in a similar service deliverable environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
