Job Summary

A-V Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Network Technician to join our team. As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting our network infrastructure to ensure seamless communication and data transfer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Installation and Configuration: Install and configure network hardware and software components to ensure efficient network operation.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal network performance.
  • Network Security: Implement and maintain network security protocols to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to colleagues and management, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
  • Network Upgrades and Maintenance: Perform necessary upgrades and maintenance to ensure the network remains up-to-date and efficient.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certified Network Professional accreditation.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, superior knowledge of networking technologies, good communication and teamwork skills, and aptitude for customer support.
  • Preferred Qualifications: CCENT/CCNA qualifications.
