As a key member of the Indianapolis Colts team, the Mascot Program Specialist will play a vital role in promoting the team's international growth and entertainment efforts.

Key responsibilities include:

* Serving as a primary international performer and domestic back-up performer for the team's mascot, Blue
* Assisting in the continued growth of Blue and the Colts brand internationally through appearances, content, and youth programming
* Helping to plan and create marketing and promotional elements for the program, including social media content and stories
* Serving as a point of contact for all club international mascot needs
* Assisting Blue at Colts home games, as needed

**Requirements:**

* Ability to travel internationally at least 50% in year one and potentially higher in future years
* Collegiate mascot experience is required, professional experience preferred
* Exceptional communication skills - written and oral
* Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Outlook
* Videography and editing experience is preferred
* High energy, positive attitude with a creative and outgoing personality
* Commitment to teamwork, as well as ownership of individual responsibility
* Detail-oriented, highly motivated and organized with the ability to multi-task and be flexible
* Available to work nontraditional hours and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
* Passionate about working in sports and entertainment
* Aptitude and a willingness to continually learn
* Valid driver's license and passport and the ability to drive a company vehicle
* Available to work nights and weekends, including all Colts home games
