- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college work completed preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' customer service experience required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
