Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team at Bass Pro Shops. As a Club Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our guests while presenting them with the benefits of becoming a CLUB Member. You will be the product expert, executing account servicing and other CLUB processes to include acquiring and activating new members, CLUB sales, customer experience, peer coaching, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience.
  • Proactively greet customers and present them with the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB Member or provide current members with a unique and exclusive experience.
  • Execute all Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB operational and compliance programs.
  • Demonstrate products to customers and remain knowledgeable of advertised sales.
  • Help meet metric goals and objectives for self and store.
  • Keep CLUB inventory accurate and maintain a clean and organized CLUB Booth.
  • Provide full CLUB Member experience, including service processes such as processing payments, answering account questions, and processing applications.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide peer coaching, recognition, and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
  • Provide service to all areas of the store based on business need.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
