Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Cannabis Retail Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role requires open availability and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests promptly, ensuring a comfortable and engaging shopping experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of cannabis products to provide tailored recommendations.
- Educate customers on various cannabis strains and consumption methods.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system while adhering to cash handling protocols.
- Keep the retail space clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Support inventory management, including receiving and restocking products.
- Collaborate with the Retail Management team to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic tech troubleshooting.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
Work Environment:
This position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, including availability for morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
