About the Role:
Seerist is in search of a strategic Finance Director with over a decade of financial leadership experience, particularly within the technology and SaaS industries. The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of steering technology firms through phases of rapid expansion, financial planning, and strategic development. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the leadership team at Seerist. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and finance functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead the financial strategy development and execution to foster company growth and profitability.
  • Establish, manage, and refine financial KPIs to assess and enhance business performance.
  • Initiate budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis efforts.
  • Support debt management and capital fundraising initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and provide insights on the financial ramifications of business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other C-suite executives to align financial strategies with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of financial management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in global financial management and engagement with international markets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in operational efficiency and cash flow optimization.
