Position Summary:

Seerist is in search of a strategic Finance Director with over a decade of financial leadership experience, particularly within the technology and SaaS industries. The successful candidate will possess a solid history of steering technology firms through rapid growth phases, financial planning, and strategic development. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be an integral part of the leadership team at Seerist. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and finance functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of financial strategies to bolster company growth and profitability.
  • Establish, manage, and refine financial KPIs to assess and enhance business performance.
  • Direct the budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Support debt management and capital raising initiatives.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and provide insights on the financial ramifications of business decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting, tax, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with other C-suite executives to ensure financial strategies align with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience in global financial management and engagement with international markets.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS financial metrics, modeling, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in operational efficiency and cash flow optimization.
