Palliative Care Physician

WellSpan Health is seeking a full-time Palliative Care physician to join our team. As a Palliative Care physician, you will play a critical role in helping our patients and their families navigate the complexities of end-of-life care.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with serious illnesses, focusing on pain and symptom management, and improving quality of life.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure that their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of Palliative Care services.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.
- Completion of a Palliative Care fellowship program or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
