Job Summary

Right Resource HR Consulting, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Executive Director of Operations to lead our client's high-impact organization in Memphis, TN. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role will be responsible for driving strategic growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operational strategy, aligning with the organization's mission and vision.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and financial management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and transparency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying knowledge to drive business success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong financial management and project management skills, with experience in creating annual operating plans and budgets.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and projections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in cross-departmental leadership, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
