About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Ottawa. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of imaging procedures, including CT scans, using state-of-the-art equipment and adhering to strict safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and quality control procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patients and families feel valued and supported throughout their imaging experience.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or technical degree in a related field.
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Two years of hospital-based clinical radiology experience preferred.
