Job Title: Sales Lead

At Rumble Boxing Montvale, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership:
    • Lead the sales team by example, demonstrating effective sales techniques and providing guidance and support.
    • Set clear sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, both individually and as a team.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and implement training initiatives.
    • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and areas for growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized attention.
    • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their fitness goals and recommend appropriate membership packages.
    • Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying members, utilizing effective sales techniques and persuasion strategies.
  • Team Development and Training:
    • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales staff, helping them to continuously improve their sales techniques and performance.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support their professional development and growth.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fitness industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and team members.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of fitness principles and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the business.
