Job Title: Director of Production Print Business Development

Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and market penetration for our production toner equipment in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals for production toner equipment in the US market.
  • Leverage Salesforce to better understand current and future product pipeline.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales managers, presales consultants, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Define and implement effective Go-to-Market strategies, leveraging insights into the US dealer distribution channel and BTA business landscape.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to develop compelling value propositions, sales enablement tools, and marketing campaigns tailored to the US market.
  • Establish strong relationships with key dealers, distributors, and channel partners, driving engagement and growth within the BTA segment.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support for complex sales engagements, working closely with presales and technical teams to address customer requirements and technical solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sales processes, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges, adapting strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the printing technology industry, with expertise in production toner equipment.
  • Strong understanding of the US dealer distribution channel and BTA business dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • Occasional travel as needed to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams.
