Job Title: Sales Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new member sales and delivering an exceptional member experience. You will be the face of our studio, greeting members with enthusiasm and energy, and providing studio tours to showcase our facilities. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets * Build and maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention and upsell opportunities * Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless studio operations and maintenance * Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services * Work closely with the management team to achieve sales and revenue goals Requirements: * 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a fitness setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks and meet deadlines * High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate plus commissions and bonus potential up to $20,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off * Professional development assistance and opportunities for growth and advancement * Complimentary services and employee discounts with Orangetheory Fitness and Relive Health Our Mission: To bring out the best in our members through inspiring, motivating, and exceptional experiences.
