Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive high-impact utilization and maximize the value of our research partnerships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with COE executives to secure trusted partner status and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to serve our partners in a coordinated and holistic manner.
  • Partner with industry-leading experts to define partner priorities, facilitate decision-making, and drive change management through stakeholder education.
  • Lead partner onboarding process, including welcome calls and new partner orientations to ensure partnership adoption.
  • Communicate the value of the research partnership and progress on success plan outcomes to partners through regular partnership reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College/University.
  • Proven record of professional success in client or account management, consulting, or service delivery.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with COE executives in higher education, public, or private sectors.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to effectively manage projects and time in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Minimum of 5 years' post-undergraduate experience encompassing at least three of the following: client or account management experience, consulting or service delivery experience, presentation and facilitation experience, leadership experience, or commercial experience.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of $57,500 - $90,000 per year.
