Job Opportunity

The Fort Miller Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative/Customer Service Support professional to join our team.

As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing incoming calls, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and forward incoming calls to the appropriate team or individual in a timely and courteous manner
  • Receive and accurately enter customer orders
  • Maintain an inventory of office supplies and materials
  • Perform miscellaneous accounting duties, including preparation of purchase orders and processing of accounts payable
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software
  • One to three years of experience in an administrative capacity
