Position Overview

Pro Resources Staffing Services is in search of a dedicated Shop Supervisor who thrives in a truck upfit setting. This role is ideal for individuals who are natural leaders, adept problem-solvers, and have a genuine enthusiasm for working on trucks while valuing teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all essential mechanical duties.
  • Assist in the fabrication of truck upfits, including automotive wiring, hydraulic systems, and installation of truck equipment.
  • Lead by example, managing and holding accountable a team of 7-10 mechanics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Promote and ensure adherence to safe work practices.
  • Maintain high standards of quality in all tasks.
  • Facilitate effective communication by providing clear direction, assigning tasks, and supporting the execution of the shop schedule.
  • Conduct technical troubleshooting for upfits.
  • Utilize MRP/ERP systems proficiently.
