Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our Dermatology Regional Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing plans to support the launch of new products and therapies in the dermatology space.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical affairs, and market research, to gather insights and develop marketing strategies.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotional materials, and event planning.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and patient advocacy groups.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
