Associate Creative Director

IW Group is seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from concept to delivery, ideating and conceptualizing multiple projects, and developing and writing scripts.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage projects from concept to delivery
- Ideate and conceptualize multiple projects, including campaigns for social media, digital, experiential, and TV/OLV
- Develop and write scripts for various projects
- Present work to clients for approval and ensure client feedback is applied to revisions
- Manage and mentor junior members of the creative department
- 6-8 years of professional work experience as an Art Director in an agency or client setting
- Knowledge of AAPI and Gen Z markets strongly preferred
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Innovative and boundary-pushing conceptual skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in using AI and other innovative tools for work processes and ideation
- Computer knowledge required (Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

Work EnvironmentIW Group has adopted a hybrid work model, with managers setting their own in-office schedule. Team members are requested to work in-office at least twice per week. This role may require extended work hours, including nights and weekends, to complete certain projects.
Physical DemandsThis role requires the ability to talk and hear, sit and use hands and fingers, and occasionally stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required include close vision.
