About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to join Rheem, a leader in the HVAC industry, as a Customer Experience Specialist. You will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.


Job Summary

The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the internal liaison between Rheem and customers to ensure a high level of customer care.
  • Proactively dealing with customers to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Providing product information, warranty details, and other relevant data to customers.

Key Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Upholding corporate values, mission, and guidelines as outlined in the associate handbook and company policies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
