About the Role

We're seeking a Customer Experience Advocate to join our team as a Car Delivery Specialist. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring timely and seamless vehicle delivery to customers' doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver vehicles straight to customers' doors using our custom car haulers
  • Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler to ensure safe transportation
  • Complete customer paperwork and document thorough notes in our customer tracking system
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, such as detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto haulers
  • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity
