Job Title:

Student Success Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Student Success Program Manager to join our team at Technolutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for amplifying, growing, and succeeding the Student Success cohort of clients at our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to strategic ideas and suggestions to better serve the student success client needs
  • Identify student success personas and user types
  • Contribute to defining the product vision
  • Assist in the evolution and enhancement of Student Success processes in Slate
  • Manage the product development of student success features, collaborating with the product management and engineering team to articulate, storyline, and deliver necessary specifications
  • Assist the General Manager of Student Success with new and ongoing strategic priorities, including testing, community engagement, and other efforts
  • Collaborate internally to enhance and amplify documentation and educational content related to Student Success
  • Travel when necessary, including industry conferences and the Slate Innovation Summit
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or greater required
  • Experience in planning, managing, and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Knowledge of CRMs and, preferably, experience with Slate
  • Comprehensive understanding of student success concepts, practices, operations, as well as the challenges and opportunities facing the market
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment - and comfortability acting autonomously
  • On-site, in-office work 5 days/week in our New Haven, CT office
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior Slate or Slate for Student Success experience
  • Training users and audiences on complex software/applications
  • Higher education experience in student success
