We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our student housing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our properties, including staffing, administration, marketing, leasing, maintenance, and resident services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of property staff, including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents
  • Oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects to ensure property standards are met
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximize NOI
  • Develop and maintain relationships with campus departments and organizations to promote student services and marketing opportunities
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of campus departments and on-campus housing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and strong computer technology skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong customer mindset and demonstrated leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Entrata
  • Previous work experience in student/on-campus housing environment, preferably in a leadership role
Work Schedule

Will generally work a Monday-Friday schedule with extended hours and/or weekends as scheduled or needed to meet business needs.
