Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of property staff, including hiring, training, and coaching
- Develop and implement effective marketing and leasing strategies to attract and retain residents
- Oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects to ensure property standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve resident complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure fiscal responsibility and maximize NOI
- Develop and maintain relationships with campus departments and organizations to promote student services and marketing opportunities
- Strong understanding of campus departments and on-campus housing
- Proficient in MS Office applications and strong computer technology skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Strong customer mindset and demonstrated leadership skills
- Knowledge of Entrata
- Previous work experience in student/on-campus housing environment, preferably in a leadership role
Will generally work a Monday-Friday schedule with extended hours and/or weekends as scheduled or needed to meet business needs.
