Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator to join our finance and accounting group. The successful candidate will assist in preparing month-end invoices, support sub-schedules, collaborate with the billing manager on related reporting, and provide project reporting support to ERG project managers.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Assist in preparing month-end invoices.
  • Support sub-schedules and collaborate with the billing manager on related reporting.
  • Provide project reporting support to ERG project managers.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of an associate's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication, technical, and administrative skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a billing or accounting environment.
  • Practical experience with Deltek CostPoint billing, Time& Expense, and Business Intelligence modules is highly desirable.
