  • Responding to agency partners and policyholders through various communication channels.
  • Guiding agents and policyholders on managing their accounts on our customer portal.
  • Investigating and resolving payment-related inquiries.
  • Processing and mailing underwriting notifications.
  • Creating correspondence for policyholders and agencies.
  • Ongoing tasks as assigned.
Necessary Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
