Communication Disorders Specialist

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to assist in providing high-quality speech therapy services to individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities:- Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in conducting assessments and evaluations
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and session notes
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field, state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
