Exciting Opportunity at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team in providing exceptional Laboratory services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for maintaining high competency in the operation of equipment, performing Laboratory Services testing, and troubleshooting issues. You will also assist in quality assurance by utilizing online variance reporting and participating in quality control, performance improvement, and proficiency testing activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and completion of an approved training program for Medical Technologist with clinical laboratory setting experience within the last 10 years. You must also be CLIA qualified for high complexity testing and have national certification or certification eligibility.
